All orders are processed within 3 to 20 business days depending on the availability of the product. Delivery will be executed after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping charges will be calculated and informed you before dispatch.
Free local delivery available only for online orders (above Rs.15000). We will contact you via phone call with the phone number you provided at shipping address. Deliveries are made from 10am to 7pm on working days.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Store. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up accordingly after your order confirmation email. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours from 10am to 8.30pm on working days.
We offer international shipping to few countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Mattress Hub is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow us 48 hours to generate the tracking information.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
